Replacement & Refund Policy

Opening Video Mandatory: A clear 360° unboxing video is required as proof for any replacement request.

State of Return: Replacement request are accepted only if the product is damaged or broken while in transit.

Reason for Replacement: Eligible reasons include:

    • Damaged while in transit
    • Wrong product received

Process for Replacement:

  • Courier the product back along with all original packaging and amenities.
  • Ensures the replacement is initiated within the specified timeframe.

No Cancellation or Refund: Orders cannot be canceled or refunded if the product is no longer needed.
